3x 12 inch holes obscured by leaves

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6659862.

The holes in the pavement are on the pavement/road edge outside school where many parents walk with children. A parent tripped in one of the holes, twisted her ankle and fell onto a parked car. The holes are obscured by fallen leaves.
