According to the Glasgow Council voice recorded message you have to listen to when calling them they make permanent repairs within 60 days. Well if this is a permanent repair then I came up the Clyde in one of the banana boats. What an utter waste of tax payers money, it's disgraceful to call this anything more than a box ticking excercise that failed miserably
