The council are currently marking out parking bays in service road along the A4260 in Kidlington. This service road is a pain to negotiate because it's used as a car park for local residents and also as a morning rat run. And now the council is legitimising it? I cannot find any information on either Cherwell District Council or Oxford County Council websites for this work or any notices around the site. Presumably this work is to provide overflow parking for "Oxford Parkway" railway station.
