There are 2 discarded lidless black bins and one brown bin by this wall. They have been a source of maggots/ bluebottles all summer. One black bin has been emptied recently but one hasn't- I think that this maybe due to rain water weight. They are both filling again & need attention. The brown one has a lid but is having household rubbish left in it. Can they be emptied and removed so this can be stopped please?
