Dear Sir/Madam

We3 are told by the PC that the land on which a Green Trailer has been parked for some time now is owned by OCC as a Highway. This vehicle is very shabby and is parked right outside the only access to our house. Please would you look into who owns the land and how we might pursue the matter. (See photo attached).
