Overgrown hedge obstructing pavement

Reported via desktop in the Rights of way category by G Groves at 15:07, Thu 24 October 2024

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6654506.

Hedge plants at 15 Hurstville Drive, Waterlooville have been allowed to grow increasingly ovr the pavement. I have to push a 90kg disabled person in a wheelchair and getting past is becoming more difficult. I shouldn't have push the wheelchair on the muddy verge where it gets bogged down and vehicles parked on the pavement do not help either. The hedge should be no further than the boundary which is marked by edging kerbs.
