Series of Pot Holes in carriageway in a line

There is a series of pot holes in a line of cracks, which exceed the minimum criteria for checking at this locality: the junction of Basingstoke Road and Rose Kiln Lane, on western side of highway, but in middle of road. The road surface here appears to be poorly surfaced owing to erosion and attrition, so perhaps need a bigger repair than a spot repair? Thank you.
