Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6654404.

Fly Tipped side dresser: made of white MDF/ damaged. Height approx 5-6' Left outside entrance of 261 Basingstoke Road, on corner of layby in front of shopping parade. This is on eastern side of highway, approx 50 yards north of junction with Buckland Road and the traffic lights thereby. It has been in position here for several weeks.
