Updates

  • Does anyone have an update to this because I have this problem too. The road I live on is extremely congested. I asked for a 15 metre disabled bay so as not to inconvenience others and leave more space for people to park. Lately, with new people moving in, they park their cars either side of the disabled bay outside my house with their tyres touching the white line, therefore their bonnets or boots obstruct the disabled bay making it impossible to parking in the bay. One of them, who purports to be a lawyer told me today the law is their tyres must not cross the white line. Surely this is not right.

  • This vehicle often parks with the tyres tight ti the white line, but the boot overlaps making it difficult to park. Can they do this?
