Mud, debris (stones and building material) on the road from the builders failing to keep it clean and tidy

The builders, building houses are leaving the road in a dangerous state. Lots of mud and stones from their building sitems are littering the road. This will become very dangerous in any wet weather.
Their deliveries and builders are also overhanging onto the road and making it dangerous to see the turning at Smallworth.
