Streetlights out completely on cemetery road

The streetlights on the junction of Marlborough Road and cemetery road al the way up cemetery road to Finlay Road are not working leaving the area dark, they were working until Cityfibre dug up the path and street, having spoke to the work men they said it was not their problem.
