Holmes chapel Rd, just past Somerford farm, heading towards Congelton

Reported via mobile in the Footway category anonymously at 16:18, Wed 23 October 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6650628.

The paths are so over grown that they are dangerously narrow. Walking my dogs today, one behind, one slightly infront as it’s not wide enough, I was clipped by a wing mirror. I’m fine and wasn’t the drivers fault as he couldn’t move to other lane due to traffic. This path has got narrower each year since I’ve lived here. It leads to some beautiful walks but it’s dangerous. When there’s heading overgrown, I need to step onto road for space. Please please can this length of pathway be looked at and worked on. People drive at crazy speeds down this road and there will be an accident with a pedestrian
