20 mph road signage

Reported via desktop anonymously at 10:54, Wednesday 23 October 2024

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6648301.

Re: 20 mph road signage - 42 Bull Street, Aston Dear Sir/Madam I am writing to ask can you please move the 20mph road sign on the same side of the verge approximately 10-20 feet to the left so deliveries can gain access to my property (which would be opposite my pampas grass). The problem is when I have a delivery I.e. building materials etc and they come on a rigid lorry the delivery people have to off load and bring the goods in which they do complain about. Also, I have lived here for 35 years and 33 years had no problem with access until the 20mph sign was errected in very foggy conditions so I could not see the work people because I would have asked them to move it a little bit to the left. I am hoping this can be done as I have a delivery on the 6th November,2024 and they are requesting access to my property. Regards
