Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6644896.

The tree cover along the Pastures results in heavy leaf fall each autumn. THis year, the leaves have bloked the drains along the street resulting in a high flooding risk for residents
