Uneven path leading to commual gate

The path leading to main entrance communal gate is a very uneven surface it is raised up, it as caused me to fall a few times when trying to go out and come back in with my rolator . Some of my neighbours have the same problem , this is hazardous and now I have knee problems since the last fall .
