Lights out of synch causing traffic chaos

Sent to Gloucestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6644813.

For the past 3 weeks, the lights at the roundabout of PE Way and Tewkesbury Road have been out of synch - when you get allowed onto the roundabout, the lights on the roundabout are now red, stopping you progressing and this then blocks the roundabout. Please can this be sorted urgently. I see that this has been raised multiple times by others and even has been 'closed' - trust me, this morning it was still causing problems. Thank you
