Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6644249.

All lamps on Caversham Bridge are on during the day - about 18 in total. This issue was reported over a month ago by another user on 13 September (https://www.fixmystreet.com/ report/ 6468796) but has not been resolved. Please can you address this as soon as possible, given RBC's declared 'climate emergency'.
