Underpass lights not working

The lights under the Watlington Street bridge which goes across the Kennet and Avon canal path have failed, and have not been working for some time now. This is borderline hazardous when dark, as the path under the bridge is near-pitch black when the lights aren't working, especially with bicycles travelling at high speed along the canal path. The lights will need repaired ASAP with the onset of autumn/winter.
