Planters blocking footpath

Sent to Bristol City Council 36 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6643814.

The pavement is blocked by planters from the italian restaurant and the cycles racks. BCC have stated that both are there legally - this doesn't resolve the problem of the blockage. It just shows stupidity in approving both and creating this problem. Either remove the planters, or move the bike stand. I imagine moving the bike stand would be easier - ther eis plenty of room next to the PMT building.
