Vehicles parked on both sides of road blocking traffic

Often happened that there are vehicles parked on both sides of the road leaving little to no space for larger vehicles to pass through (vans, delivery). An ambulance or fire truck would not be able to pass through, even in the event that the cars are parked partially on the pavement (which blocks passage for prams and less able people). A more permanent solution should be found as leaving it to chance is likely to cause harm in the event of an emergency.
