Direction signs obscured and not aligned

There are issues with the direction signs at the junction of Church Road and Station Road (B430) in Ardley. The signs for Somerton and Somerton Historic Church are pointing in the wrong direction so anyone travelling along the B430 will not see them. The sign for Middleton Stoney and the one below it for the waste disposal site are obscured by bushes.

This issue has already been reported once on Fix My Street and allegedly has been fixed and the case removed. As you can see from the attached images it hasn't been fixed.
