Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6641975.

Eastern European Builders at no.20 that worked on extension have left materials in the road here for over 2 1/2 years exactly as it looks never touched, they come and go over long periods away taking up parking area

Still there today, very untidy part of the road with others throwing rubbish out onto the road and pavement nearby
