Howard & Sons, New Bridge Lane, Stockport town centre
Reported in the Flytipping category anonymously at 21:33, Sun 19 July 2015
Sent to Stockport Borough Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 664140.
19/7/15 50+ tyres criminally fly-tipped on George Street behind Howard & Sons Motorcycle shop. If the shop owner is responsible then these tyres should by law be stored in a secure compound. Just yards from a residential housing estate it is also a fire hazard which could be lethal because of the toxic fumes given off tyres. Tyres are used as playthings and can be seen left in the road when finished with.
Stockport MBC have a statuary 'duty of care' to deal with this danger to the public.

Even after all this time Stockport council have done nothing to eradicate this fly-tipping problem caused by the motorcycle business Howard & Sons. It's obviously a case of corruption and H&S are paying someone in the council to turn a blind-eye.
