Traffic lights timimgs have been changed from dunelm side onto PE way, causing massive tailbacks. Correction of lights timing required urgently

On roundabout kingsditch, PE way and tewkesbury Rd cheltenham. Causing massive tailbacks just because the timing has changed. Flow from kingsditch across is severely hampered. ADJUST TIMING URGENTLY
