Flytipped fridges inside of trollys

I first started complaining about this through offical channels using the council website in aprill of 2024 the under bridge used to have lighting that have since been destroyed by yobs setting fires under the bridge
In the mornings its very dark where there was once 1 fridge inside a upturned trolly there is now three
Serious accidents have began to happen cylcist and people have began to collide with the trollies and fridges in the dark
