Rotten tree fallen 2nd time on my car!!!!!

This tree has been reported after the previous incident 2 months ago . The tree is rotton and has again launched a huge chunk of itself onto my car damaging the roof and sides. No one has come to remove this tree even though the council are aware of its dangers.. so yet again I am now facing more financial loss because of this tree. It's very lucky that no one was under it! Please... can someone remove this dangerous tree or do we ha e to have loss if life or limb before the council will do anything.. I also now need to make another claim!!!
