Vehicle abandoned and illegally parked

The Vehicle has been abandoned for 10 days. No information on the car suggesting whose it is or why it's there. It appears that the car is illegally parked. The street in question is quite narrow due to other non-abandoned cars. This creates server problems for other vehicles trying to get on and off the street. Residence also have problems with the way the car is packed forcing them to walk onto the road. Considering it's a busy street, the more problems this causes will continue to affect people's daily living.
