  • We have investigated this report and found the vehicle to be taxed; a taxed vehicle is a strong indicator of an interested party and therefore the vehicle is not considered to be abandoned at this time and no further action will be taken.   • This vehicle has been moved, it is now at the bottom of Edward road with both its nearside tyres burst. There is little doubt that it has been abandoned.
