We have investigated this report and found the vehicle to be taxed; a taxed vehicle is a strong indicator of an interested party and therefore the vehicle is not considered to be abandoned at this time and no further action will be taken. You can check the tax status of a vehicle online via: https://www.gov.uk/ check-vehicle-tax. Insurance or MOT issues should be directed to the Police as Bromley do not have the statutory powers to deal with this type of offence.
State changed to: No further action

This vehicle has been moved, it is now at the bottom of Edward road with both its nearside tyres burst. There is little doubt that it has been abandoned.

The vehicle is currently taxed and the fact it has recently moved both indicate an interested party and the vehicle is not considered abandoned. No further action will be taken at this time.
