Drain cover smashed and massive deep hole the depth of the spade

This hole is on a blind bend where the camber falls into the hole . The drain cover is completely broken and the hole is at least 3 foot deep. As you can see from the picture the spade handle is lots in the hole . It is possible for a wheel to get stuck if a car had to go tight into this bend should another be coming the other way. The deterioration of this drain was reported earlier this year .
