There has quite clearly been a crash in this part of the interchange as the railings are all crushed! There is glass and debris everywhere. This all needs to be cleaned up and I think a barrier needs to be put up moving forward as if a pedestrian had of been there when the accident took place it could’ve ended very badly. This is by the pedestrian crossing.
