This has been an ongoing for a number of years. The problem is the traffic light junction including pedestrian crossing never gets sweeped due to heath and safety . When it rains heavily the road dirt is washed down the drains and they block! I have tried for years to get the drains cleared but again H&S prevents this. I have been keeping them clear myself for years. I should not be doing this but if I don't we will be flooded again . Would appreciate a reply as I have reported this many many times and nothing is ever done. You can call me on 07756 872256. To discuss the problem. But I know you won't. Thanks all the same. Kelvin.
