Several Abandoned Wheelie Bins and Rubbish

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6631493.

For some time now (several weeks) there have been several wheelie bins just left on the footpath at the end of the cul-de-sac on Arundel Close. Apart from been an eye sore they are obstructing the footpath. There is rubbish in some of these bins. I expect that some of these bins have not been emptied due to having the wrong items in them. There are also some toys.
