The closest car is parked over a white line indicating not to park there for access reasons (had to drive off the raised kerb to get out), the white kia is parked on double yellows meaning there isn't enough room to get out onto the road without having to make a multiple point turn. This is outside of 50-56 de grey street and happened 5am 17/10/24.
