Dangerous tree falling and extremely dangerous path

Main route for kids going to school. The tree has become very dangerous where a branch fell off the tree in no so strong wind in the morning route to school. Also the leaves that are falling from the tree is creating a really slippery surface for anybody walking down the gradient.

Please council can you cut the tree back so it doesn’t overhang the path and clear all the leaves and debris.
