Hedges growing over public footpath

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6627830.

The hedges are so wide there is not much path to walk on outside the front of the house. At the side of the house cars park on the Ken and the hedges are so wide you are forced to walk into the road
