The road between the junctions of Rodney Street & Hope Street in front of the Cathedral & LIPA needs totally resurfacing. Always has potholes & sometimes exposed cables & been a problem for years. It is a high tourist & conservation area so creates a poor impression of the city. Also needs right turn guidance markings on the road at crossroads of Rodney & Upper Duke St.
