Sent to East Dorset District Council 1 minute later

There are bits of rubbish along the green area here ( when the men came to cut the grass they mowed over it ) ??? there are 2 bags of rubbish behind the Sub Electric station & various cans & bits along the whole side of the stream .There is a dumped pram The Stream needs clearing at the small bridge it flows under ( under the road). This seems to be a forgotten bit for green area waste pick up , what about a bin ?

  • There is so much rubbish along here now by the green I think the Police should be keeping an eye on it. It is a disgrace, it needs to be done before the men mow and someone is digging holes & making ramps. If this gully/ stream isnt cleared out all the way along it will become a HEALTH will also cause FLOODING in the winter if the water doesnt flow..PLEASE can the whole area be looked at soon.

  • The environmental department came to clear this. HOWEVER. they banked the rubbish up just at the side of the stream. They did not finish clearing all along the stream. The stuff has all fallen back in again . Also i have counted. 3 footballs, 1 pram i rug , some laminate flooring , a bollard, many pieces of rubbish, many bits of shrubbery thrown in by people. There are also trees/ shrubs growing inside the stream. The Govenement set money aside to keep these Gullies/ stream cleaned . This has not been done and it will cause flooding to near by houses if the water does not flow. It is not flowing it needs urgent proper attention all the way along from Hill Meadow to Newtown Road. sooner rather than when we all flood

  • This has still not been cleared . Nearby properties are at danger form flooding in the area if this river/ stream does not flow. It is also a health hazard

  • Yet again the rubbish is everywhere It really needs a waste bin. This is a pedestrian & cycle route that many use . I counted 75 pieces of rubbish in the hedgerow by the Newtown road end and all along Hillmeadow grass and pavements. I saw a Council man doing an odd it along newtown lane where there is very little rubbish ( as people use the cut throu) I asked if he could do it in Hillmeadow and No its not on hit remit...Its a total disgrace there is so much litter along here it needs a regular pick up its next to a ssi
