Fly tipping in carriageway.

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6625526.

Large amount of wood and rubbish has been fly tipped in the carriageway blocking 3/4 of the road. I have pushed some to the side to allow passage passed on one side of the road, but it is very dangerous as hard to see In the poor light under tree canopy.
