There is no gullyway water damage on driveway

There is no gullyway On the road so The water is running down the road and onto our driveway flooding and damaging or driveway.
The driveway is constantly flooded due to this and it's damaging our clothes and cars aswel as damaging the driveway.
If this carries on we will be seeking legal advise and compensation for damages
