Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6624272.

For four years we have reported that the drains on the backstreet are blocked every year we have flooding reaching our door. The problem has never been fixed even though United utilities have confirmed this Land is Council and the drains are for the Council Land is being damaged by the river flowing through our property land
