This person feels it acceptable to not only park illegally on the Kirby on a dangerous part of the road but also put people in serious danger by having a electric charger hanging from there car over what little path they leave to use. This charger is also plugged into a extension lead when using. This is not only illegal! But a serious risk to the public and animals by causing a trip hazard or at worse electrocuting somebody.
