Blocked drain causing flooding again

This blocked drain was reported a while back ref. 6033867 and was then changed to fixed. As you can see from the photos taken today it hasn't been and the corner and crossing were flooded

You can see there are no leaves blocking the grill so the blockage must be further inside.

Even after the rain stopped water didn't drain properly.
