Builders renovating 45 Kennington Ave from a single dwelling to a HMO have set up a compound, materials laydown area, plant storage and welfare unit within the carriageway of Kennington Avenue. It is currently obstructing approx. 4 parking spaces and passing places. Kennington Ave is wide enough for one vehicle and is a busy rat run in both directions.
