Left over broken road closure signs

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6619172.

Weeks ago Holtye Road and Sandhawes Hill had road closure and diversion signs. These were never removed and now lay broken on the road, pavement and curb side.
