Bushes obstructing view of road in several directions

I have been given an update to say that the bushes will only be cut once a year, but that they could be trimmed more regularly if they obstruct the view of the road. Please see as per the photos, this is obstructing the view of the road in several directions. Please could someone let us know when these bushes are due to be cut again, thank you
