Hello Team, Hope you are well? This road to all the properties [ Crwys Place and Richmond Villages] appears to be incomplete.

A small patch of tarmac has been put down covering a tiny proportion of the lane, but the rest of the lane is rutted and full of potholes; making it unsafe to drive through or walk through.

Can this please be added to the list of works that need doing?
