Over grown trees blocking pavement

The trees in the rear gardens of Edgecum Lodge and Hadleigh Grange Northover Road, are hanging over the pavement in Passage Road causing people to walk on the grass verge To get by the obstruction, Unless you are under 4ft in height. The Trees need to be cut back to allow the pavement to be used.
