Rats and vermin moving around inside of bins

There are now rats attracted to white street Melrose street and surrounding areas. I have been saying about this since February. This is why I am reporting the rubbish, however due to you ignoring it and marking it as done when it has not been. There are now rats.

  • All of the rubbish and flytipping is still on white street public paths and roads and in the public footpath cut through to melrose street walking all the way down to the yellow bars there is now more rubbish.
