Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6614409.

Behind the old Hare and Hounds pub on Otterspool Road, is a frequent tipping area . I reported this some time ago but the waste is still there ; plus some suspicious looking bags of white powder or granules directly behind the building has appeared.
