Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6613656.

There's a metal street litter bin, the property of Reading Council, which is outside Tesco Express supermarket at this location. It is currently overflowing with rubbish. It is not currently emptied regularly, because of adjacent building works and scaffolding. As this work is going to be there for some months more, please consider emptying bin and making it covered so as to be out of use for litter. It will be needed again after removal of scaffolding. Thank you.
